SOMEBODY, HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Okay, I haven't even had my first test yet and school is kicking my butt! I never knew I'd have to learn all this stuff. Isn't that why we have different departments? Right now we're learning how to interpret blood gases. HELLO! I'm wanting to be an RN, not a respiratory therapist. Seriously though, I guess we have to know these things, but I just don't know if I can. If I can't learn it, I'll never show my face at work or to my friends again. Everybody is cheering me on, and that helps, knowing that people have confidence in me, but good grief! My brain don't work like it used to. I guess I killed too many brain cells when I was younger. Just pray for me. Surely God will get me through it (if it's His will). I just hope it is. Gonna be a LONG 2 semesters...

Vicki...If you want to learn about nursing just come out and help Daddy with the house. We already have 2 patients that can vouch for this. :(

Thanks to all of you! I think I'll pass on working on Dad's house. I don't want to end up being a patient. :) I'm sorry Bucky broke his thumb and Monroe cut his finger. I'm trying to organize a study group with some of the LPN's I work with. I'll make it but it sure is going to be hard!

Thank you Jenny! I hope your son got okay. And I did learn the ABG's. It's really easy after you learn the normal values.

And Robert, I UPDATED! Yeah me!!

About Me

I am now an RN. I love taking pictures, especially of my grandchildren. I love taking care of people and wish there was more time to do it. Management puts so much paperwork and picky stuff on us we really don't have time to do the job we are destined to do.
